- Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows you to access multiple apps and services with a single set of login credentials - your Microsoft login credentials.
- If you receive an error code when logging into Microsoft or any other app, send a screenshot and details to helpdesk@guardianitsystems.com and haley@board.org.
- If you find yourself locked out of everything, use your personal email to reach out or text Haley @ (713) 702-7215.
Microsoft MFA
- If you get a new phone at any point, you will need to take immediate action to setup the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone so you can use SSO and access these core work applications!
- Email helpdesk@guardianitsystems.com. Tell them you got a new phone and ask them to reset your MFA
- One they’ve confirmed it’s been reset, follow the steps in this PDF (which will also be attached to their email) How to setup MFA.pdf
